GluMetrics Restructures to a Corporation

GluMetrics, an early-phase corporate development partner of AdapCS, Inc., has undergone restructuring from a Limited Liability Company to a Corporation. GluMetrics, LLC will now be known as GluMetrics, Inc.

"The restructure will be important for GluMetrics as we grow and develop rapidly in the coming months," said Bill Markle, the company's President and CEO. "This corporate transformation will allow GluMetrics more flexibility in terms of it long term capitalization strategy."
